READ BEFORE USE:

Apply generously twice a day, morning and night, genetly rub into affected areas. 

For excessive swelling, the cream can be applied upto four times a day. 

do not massage in or apply pressure as this may affect the location of the treatment. Do not apply until at least 4 hours after treatment. 

If you receive a faulty or damaged product, you can return your order within 7 days of purchase to our warehouse for a speedy replacement. Please note, that returns must be unopened and in the original packaging.

 

We believe that in order to have the best possible online shopping experience, our customers should not have to pay for return delivery. So, if you would like to return your product for FREE. To return orders placed online, you must email customerservice@proboxin.com within 7 days of the receipt of your order and return the products to the address shown in the form that came with your order.

 

For our bookkeeping purposes, we respectfully request that you include the sales receipt and/or invoice with any return. If you buy Proboxin products from unauthorised retailers or other unauthorised sources, we regret that we cannot offer a refund or otherwise assist you with any problems that you may encounter.
